'SIMBLIJA' PENTHOUSES SANCTIONING REFUSED

The Mepa Board turned down a planning application which sought to sanction an additional penthouse level on two blocks of the recently constructed ‘village’ for the elderly, in an area known as Ta' Simblija, limits of Naxxar.
