The enforcement list shown hereunder is a list of pending enforcement notices
that have been issued and is not in any way indicative that other properties are
built according to permit. This is simply a list which indicates those cases
where illegalities have been noticed by the Planning Authority's Enforcement
Officers. Moreover, some of these cases may still not be conclusive since there
might be pending appeals from such cases. It is advised that anyone interested
in a particular enforcement case listed hereunder to contact the enforcement
unit for further details and information. Moreover, it is also advised that
anyone intending to buy property which is not included in this list, to contact
the enforcement unit of the Planning Authority directly or through his architect
to ensure that the property being bought has all the necessary permits and built
according to such permits.
