NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DRIVE MEPA FORWARD

The recent appointments of Dr. Ian Stafrace, as the new CEO, Dr. Petra Bianchi as Director for Environment Protection and Perit Alexander Borg as Director of Enforcement, together with the experience of Perit Christopher Borg, Director of Planning and Ing. Ray Piscopo, Director for Corporate Services, under the leadership of MEPA Chairman Mr Austin Walker, has completed the entire process of outing together a dynamic, new management team

MEPA Chairman Mr Austin Walker said ‘The MEPA Board together with the new management team will develop the necessary strategies to ensure that the Authority meets its objectives and targets as outlined through the MEPA Reform. I believe that with this new management team, our operations will certainly become more effective and in line with the key principles of consistency, efficiency, accountability and enforcement, on which the MEPA Reform has been based.’
