SHUT-DOWN NOTICE

The Authority would like to notify its clients and the public that the offices will be on shutdown between 26th - 30th December 2011 (both days included).

Submissions related to planning applications will be temporarily suspended during the shutdown period in accordance with Legal Notice 154/10.

The Environment Protection Directorate at Hexagon House in Marsa Wharf will be rendering the following services:

CITES Office:
Monday 26th, Wednesday 28th and Friday 30th December 2011 between 10:00 - 12:00 hrs. In case of perishable goods, applicants are to call 24 hours in advance on 9921 0404.

Waste shipment and consignment notes:
Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th December 2011 between 9:00am till 11:00am and our 24-hour Emergency Service number 2069 9595, which covers cases of Pollution Control, Nature Protection and Illegal Development will remain running throughout.
