A shop that was illegally being used for Gaming/Amusement activities in Paola was sealed off by MEPA enforcement officials last week.

This illegal change of use, from a boutique shop into a games and amusement room, was covered by enforcement notices ECF 834/06. The main door and roller shutter were sealed with MEPA green seals.

Last year the Authority had refused to issue a development permit to sanction the change of use of this shop.
