INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION & CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Edible Oil Refining Company Ltd has applied to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit under Schedule 4.1 (b) of the above mentioned regulations to operate an installation involving the production of biodiesel through the transesterification of oils and fats. The installation is located at The Refinery, Mgieret Road, Marsa in the Local Council of Marsa.
