What is the HAC ?
The Heritage Advisory Committee (HAC) was set up to assist the Authority in the performance of its functions. The function of each panel, each in the field dealt by it, will provide professional and expert advise to the Authority on matters relating to the conservation of cultural and natural heritage in an integrated process. Each panel shall also provide advice on the application process in particular with regards to the conservation of property or areas that may be affected by an application for a development permission. The committee shall consist of two panels.
