The project “Consultancy on EPD restructuring” was funded by the EU Delegation Grants.

The main objective of this project was to obtain expert advice and consultancy services to facilitate the organisational restructuring within the Environment Protection Directorate (EPD) of MEPA.  The visiting expert assessed the existing situation within the EPD and provided recommendations on possible re-grouping of functions as well as on any structural and administrative changes within EPD.

Total allocation for this project was €28,080 of which €4,900 were provided by the EU. This project was concluded in August 2004.

Within MEPA, the project was coordinated by the EU and Multilateral Affairs Unit.
