17.1 The construction, alteration or extension of an industrial unit
Notification: A notification is required in all areas subject to the following:
(a) industrial zone shall be subject by a Full Development Permit which includes all the details related to the construction of the specific industrial units;
(b) Approval from Malta Industrial Parks Ltd. required;
(c) Environmental permit where required.
